This is the beginning. A pen to paper, or finger to button as it were. We hope to create a resource for all to get the most enjoyment out of the time they get to spend with families and friends on a cruise adventure.

Our first goal will be to work on cruise planning. That alone is a huge undertaking. I’m self-diagnosed as a Type A person living in a Type B body. A rigorous, meticulous, controlling, suffocating itinerary is not the answer. Instead, let’s shift the frame. One of most fun and exciting times of a new trip or vacation is the anticipation and, yes, the planning of the trip! What fun is there to be had? How do you get the most out of your time? How can you make the most out of this most valuable object, your time?

That is the question we hope to help answer. I wish for this site to be a place to learn about the ships, the ports, the excursions, all the glorious gadgets and gizmos aplenty to take, what not to take, etc.

I don’t profess to know all the tips and tricks, but I’ll bet the community we create here probably will.
